1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Investor MX, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms applicable to specific services, subscriptions, features, or add-ons.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Investor MX.

2. Professional and Business Use

Investor MX is intended primarily for professional and business use by real estate investors, wholesalers, agents, brokers, acquisition professionals, disposition professionals, operators, and other users working with real estate investment opportunities.

3. Platform Purpose

Investor MX provides technology, deal-flow infrastructure, market organization, property presentation, search tools, professional feeds, and related business functionality.

Investor MX is not intended to replace independent professional judgment, legal review, title review, inspection, appraisal, financial analysis, or transaction-specific due diligence.

4. Property Information and Availability

Property information, pricing, photos, maps, descriptions, analytical information, availability, market data, seller information, wholesaler information, and other deal-related information may originate from third parties or external sources.

Information may change without notice and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies.

Users are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it or entering into a transaction.

5. No Guarantee of Deals or Results

Investor MX does not guarantee that any user will locate, acquire, assign, sell, finance, close, or profit from any property.

Investor MX does not guarantee transaction volume, assignment revenue, buyer activity, investment returns, property availability, market performance, or business results.

6. Professional Access

Investor MX may determine the availability, scope, market access, configuration, eligibility, or functionality of professional platform access.

Access may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for platform operations, security, compliance, misuse prevention, product changes, or business reasons.

7. Subscription Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Investor MX Professional and Investor MX Pro access are offered on a month-to-month basis.

There is no setup fee for the standard Professional or Pro plans described on the website unless otherwise disclosed for a separate service, implementation, integration, or add-on.

Subscription pricing, included features, available markets, and platform capabilities may change for future subscriptions or upon reasonable notice where applicable.

8. Cancellation

Standard month-to-month access may be canceled in accordance with applicable account or billing procedures.

Cancellation stops future recurring access charges as applicable but does not automatically create a refund for prior periods, consumed services, completed work, or separately provided services.

9. Investor MX Pro Branding

Investor MX Pro may provide branded deal-feed functionality, including use of a member's company name, logo, colors, contact information, branded login environment, and custom feed URL.

Members are responsible for ensuring that any logos, trademarks, business names, content, or other materials they provide are authorized for use and do not violate third-party rights.

10. Buyer Relationships and Data

Standard Investor MX Pro branded-feed access does not require members to surrender their buyer database simply to distribute their feed.

Members remain responsible for their own buyer relationships, communications, marketing practices, licensing obligations, consent requirements, and compliance with applicable laws.

11. Add-Ons and Additional Tools

Investor MX may provide or integrate additional products, tools, services, or add-ons including DealScoreIQ™, BuyerACCESS, AutoSENDER, backend controls, private access systems, analytical tools, distribution tools, or future functionality.

Certain products may be subject to separate eligibility, pricing, configuration, limitations, or terms.

12. Acceptable Use

Users may not use Investor MX to engage in unlawful activity, fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized access, security attacks, data scraping beyond permitted use, disruption of platform operations, infringement of intellectual property rights, or activity that materially harms Investor MX, its users, providers, or partners.

13. Accounts and Credentials

Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.

Credentials should not be shared in ways that defeat platform access controls or subscription requirements.

14. Intellectual Property

Investor MX software, interface design, branding, platform structure, proprietary tools, documentation, website content, and related intellectual property are protected by applicable intellectual property laws except where third-party rights apply.

No ownership rights are transferred merely through access to the platform.

15. Service Availability

Investor MX may experience maintenance, outages, third-party service interruptions, software changes, infrastructure issues, market-data changes, or other service disruptions.

Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

16. Third-Party Services

Investor MX may rely on or link to third-party technology, data providers, communications systems, artificial intelligence services, hosting providers, websites, or other external services.

Investor MX is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Reliance

Users should make independent business and investment decisions and obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.

No website content, platform output, market listing, analytical output, communication, or property presentation should be treated as a guarantee or substitute for independent due diligence.

18. Changes to the Platform

Investor MX may add, modify, remove, rename, test, restrict, or discontinue markets, features, tools, integrations, products, pricing, or services as the platform develops.

19. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
